Solvable works with organizations navigating the threshold between current realities & future possibilities.

Most organizations are changing in far smaller increments than possible.

Solvable designs spaces for teams, groups, and organizations to approach the challenges of adaptation, and respond to the frictions of current reality and different futures. We facilitate personal and collective interrogations of thinking, patterns, and structures within in-person and virtual rooms. Together, we cultivate new capacities and enhance stamina to become better stewards.

Solvable clients work within emerging systems to bring about a different future (with at least one eye keenly fixed on not reproducing the status quo). They can see and feel that most solutions are not solving despite declarations to the contrary. Solvable clients recognize different processes need to be designed and convened without typical guardrails. Have a curious feeling that this could be for you?

Instead of consulting, we seek to be allies in the most fulsome meaning of the word to those individuals and collective structures (teams, organizations, consortia, associations) seeking to repair their cultures and steward transitions to new social and ecological relations. We’ve come to recognize there are no consistent titles for this role nor associated rank within organizations. Those who are activating this work within organizations know it not by name, but by their purpose and ways of creating value.
